EPDM Roofing

EPDM Roofing provides extreme resistance to intense weather with lower labor costs.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) is a synthetic rubber roofing option offering extreme durability and resistance to intense weather with typically lower labor costs—perfect for flat or low pitch roofing surfaces.

EDPM can be adhered in three different ways: adhesion, mechanical attachment, or ballasted with seams that are sealed with specially formulated tape or liquid adhesive.

Benefits of EPDM Roofing in commercial applications:

EDPM is one of the longest lasting roofing materials with up to 50 years of protection to your structure due to high resistance to UV radiation, even supporting solar cell installations.

While EDPM roofing materials are exceptionally well suited to flat roof systems, it offers cost effective advantages to a variety of roof shapes and pitches.

EDPM roofing materials are strong enough to support roof top uses such as gardens and other creative space uses.

As a recyclable material with high energy efficiency ratings, long life, and UV reflection, PVC is one of the more eco-friendly roofing solutions available.

EDPM material, as installed, is black; however, acrylic coating options can be customized to fit your aesthetic vision, improve UV reflection, and even extend the life of this already durable surface.

EDPM roofing materials are virtually indestructible and easy to maintain IF properly installed by an experienced roofer. This is not the material of choice for inexperienced or DIY installers
